The vertical side boards and top and bottom have a round over edge that is razor sharp (see photo). I received two cuts in my hand just removing it from the box, and I'm a construction worker with leather like hands. This thing must have been made by the Taliban. Shelves are glue joined together boards and the seams are totally visible through the stain. The black model is probably better looking, but still with sharp edges. This unit looks nice in the pictures but the stained model is low quality. If you want to go to the hospital every time you remove a CD/DVD from this thing, good luck. [...]

You're paying a bit more, but you get a high-quality product to show for it. The case is darker than the pictures and 'Oak' swatch appear - definitely not a 'Honey Oak' color. Assembly instructions were fairly straightforward. Racks and Stands offered to beat a competitor's price, [...]. All-in-all, a good buying experience.

Is this unit a litle pricey? Yes, but considering the design was EXACTLY what I was looking for, I was willing to bite the bullet on cost. This is a well-made, solid piece of furniture, which I was able to easily assemble in less than 30 minutes. Functional, compact and attractive. As our CD collection grows, I can easily envision my wife and I buying a duplicate of this unit.

I'm using this case to store about 500 CDs. This is a quality product. It should serve my needs for many years. I can't say that assembly was easy, but it really wasn't too bad. I'm glad my wife was there to prevent mistakes. I do think the product is overpriced, but it doesn't make sense to pay less and get junk. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

This is a great company and a good, solid, well made piece of furniture. A bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. I also received the unit promptly, and in good shape, with excellent assembly instructions enclosed. I have already ordered speaker stands from you as a result of my positive experience.
