This is the one of the worst products I have ever seen, half of the parts are scratched and chipped. The wood looks terrible. Didn't even bother to assemble.

The stand holds the tv plus all the other video components and looks good while doing it. The color and style match the other furniture in the room very nicely.

So my wife and I saw this on the web and decided to give it as shot as it matches the color of the furniture in our bedroom. It arrives and we unpack the box and holy cow, what a mess. I've assembled a lot of TV stands in my day your store was great, the tv stand however is another story. The manual is poorly written and as stated by others, the pre-drilled don't line-up. So an hour and a half later it's all done. It's not that bad looking once it's all set-up but I would avoid putting a heavy CRT on this stand as it is not that sturdy. I will think twice before buying more furniture from this manufacturer. But again, it does look nice once it's all set-up, but boy WHAT A PAIN.

This stand is not bad for the money. It is solid wood, not composite, and has a nice design. It did come damaged, however, with a good size piece of the trim chipped off in transit. Fortunately, it was in the back because we did not discover it until after we had unpacked the entire thing. It would not have been worth the time and effort to try to repack and return/exchange it. Another annoying thing was that the pre-drilled holes did not all align properly. We managed to address this problem by drilling our own holes, but it was frustrating and would be impossible if you are not handy.

This cabinet was the worst experience my husband & I have ever had putting together furniture. Instructions were poorly written and holes were not drilled correctly so the wood cracked on all pieces of the drawers. We were sent hole plugs that were black plastic caps that were chipping paint to expose a white plastic top for our dark brown cabinet. It looked cheap & terrible-we didn't use.
We actually had to call the manufacturer and have them ship all the pieces of the drawers-which they did without question. The drawer on the bottom hits the (manufactured) trim edge on the bottom shelf and sticks out 2 inches from closing. We have to pick up the back end of the drawer and fight to get it to close. The upper drawer has a big gap between the top shelf and the drawer. The bottom shelf has no gap-so it looks terrible. I have ordered from you before with no problems. However, I recommend staying away from products made by "Windsome Wood".

The stand is really nice, but it was difficult to put together. We had trouble with the directions and weren't able to figure out how to put the drawers on the Left side, it would only work on the Right side. But once we got it together, we really like how it looks.
