This product is a great value for the price. I love that it takes up such a small amount of floor space. Since it spins, and our rack is nearly full, I would recommend turning it slowly so that it doesn't fall. However, the product is fairly stable.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery of product was within time frame noted on website. My only complaint was that I was warned several times on the website to check packaging for damage in case a return was needed, and to note it to the delivery man. Unfortunately, this product was left at my home with no signature required and the box was a bit damaged. I was nervous, but as things turned out, the interior of the box was well protected.

This product [...]was easy to assemble. We were looking for something to consolidate our CD, DVD & VHS collections into and this fit the bill. We have not been able to figure out how the website description came up with the number of clamshell (Disney) movies it will hold, however. They must be including laying some on top of the others. The only thing I would change is to have more adjustable holes to move the shelves. It is difficult to combine all 3 media on the same side of the tower...too much wasted space. Overall, we feel it was a good value for the money and will purchase another in the future as our collection grows.

Works well to store large collections of CD's, DVD's, and Videos in a small space (we put it in a closet). Ours is completely full and heavy. It does wobble slightly when turned.

This unit replaced my modular rack that had been against the wall. While it was taller, and of course sticks out more from the wall, when put in the corner it takes up a lot less usable room and holds about twice as much. It holds a lot, and hasn't had any durability issues (I've had it about a month or two). In terms of difficulty of assembly, it was about a two or a three out of five (five being hardest). It was more difficult to assemble than some of the other simple modular units I've encountered, but it wasn't really all that hard. Probably took me and a friend about 20 or 30 minutes to do. I think you need to provide your own screwdriver, but that shouldn't be too hard for most people.
My problems with this unit are few, and not very important. The modular shelves that are provided are made of particle board (not surprising) which is fine, but one of the sides is not finished to look like regular wood. It is the unseen side, so it's not too important, but it seems like it wouldn't have been hard to get that last side too. Also, the instructions incorrectly list the optimal spacing on the shelves for maximum DVD storage; I believe the number of shelves they claim is correct, but when modulating the shelves, you have to scrap their suggestion and figure out optimal DVD storage spacing yourself. This is only true of the DVD spacing, the CD spacing is listed correctly, and it took me all of about five minutes to figure out and solve the problem, but its an issue, however small.
Overall, it was the best deal I could fine that looked decent (not amazing, but it is definitely not horrible. Better looking than my old racks I think) and also the best deal in terms of space occupied to holding capacity to price ratios.
