This is maybe the 8th stereo stand I've owned and I think it will be the last. The design is very sturdy, the shelving high quality glass, and each shelf has vibration damping where it meets the standards.
I chose this one over the cheaper VTI AGR-405 because I thought the shelves would be slightly more prone to breakage with the holes drilled in the glass.
Looks great, went together in less time than it took me to connect my components, what's not to like?
My only quibble - and for me this is a quibble - is the vertical pipes are really too small to channel your connecting cables through. I thought it too much trouble and just dropped them down the back as per usual.

I also ordered the black / clear glass and it looks phenomenal. Very easy to assemble. Each shelf is oversize with very easy access to any component. The cable hiding design is not very practical though so just zip tie the cables vertically behind the rear legs instead. It does look cool for the small cables you can force through the cable hiding spots. Don't count on fitting power cords or anything larger than that through though (i.e. xbox360 adapter).
My only complaint with the rack is that it wobbles when touched even when loaded down with 5 components (including one very heavy receiver on the 2nd shelf). It doesn't wobble too much if you touch it but if you have a kid then it would be enough to potentially scratch a CD or game you might have in a 360 (since the 360 drive is known to be unstable). Just don't touch it and you'll be fine

Incredibly sturdy and classy looking (looks even better in person), this rack was also shipped and packed very well, and was easy to assemble, following instructions.
Nice thick glass shelving (I got the clear as opposed to the frosted glass, and I'm glad I did.) that will find a home here for a good long while.
