We bought this for our 7-yr old and it's perfect. The drawers are big, the handles will not break off, and it's sturdy -- all things he was missing in his last dresser. I don't know how many years this will last, but for the price, we give it very high marks on value.

This is a wonderful chest of drawers. It provides enough space so we don't need a dresser.
Since we live in an apt, space is at a premium and the dimensions of this chest are perfect. Our master bedroom is used by our adult daughter as a uniroom mixing exercise equipment, a futon, this chest and a computer work center. We always buy South Shore if we can find the item with the right dimensions and color scheme. We support the idea of recycling which make this vendor very acceptable to us.
