Slappa:

SLAPPA was formed in 2002 and launched into the market in June 2003. Created in response to the lack of top quality storage cases for CD's, Dominick Martinetti, the inventor of SLAPPA's patented d2 pocket, designed the d2 pages as a solution to the plastic jewel cases that CD's are sold in. The d2 page is the first solution in portable CD storage that enables users to store discs and disc covers (liner notes) in dedicated layered pockets. The pockets are smaller than the CD size. It's extremely hard to insert CD into the pockets.
