I purchased a returned item for half price. The system came in a box that looked like it had been beaten up. I was a little nervous. I took out all the pieces and only noticed a few very small marks that I probably wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't looking so close because of the box condition. Then I came across a shelf that had split apart in the front. I put together the entire unit, very easy. The system looks beautiful and holds everything great. The entire unit seems to be built very well.\n\nI have been using it now for a couple weeks and everything is great and as for the shelf, I contacted Sanus and they are shipping out another shelf for no charge!\n\nAll in all a great purchase and for half price, what more can you ask!
