For the price it deserves a 5 STAR rating, but I've given it 4 STARS only because it is an economical product. A true bargain for the price.
My only complaint is that the trim pieces overlap the storage area concealing DVDs at the end of the compartments, and making them difficult to remove without removing others.
The cardboard backing is fully functional, but has the potential of being a bit flimsy and not remaining securely in place.

Had to 'massage' one of the trim pieces to make it fit, and I do wish the bottoms of the shelves were painted black. Love the versatility of the shelving placement. Very nice addition to our living room and I'm purchasing another.

This is a great product. I got the cherrywood and it looks great. I will probably buy another one, since I have filled the first one. WOW is the best discription. Definetly recommend. Quality is great.

The unit is very functional and serves my needs well. However, it does have it's share of flaws to deal with. Since it is not of the highest quality some of the holes don't always line up properly and the instructions are too vague, thus making it more dufficult to assemble. In the end some of the pieces didn't always fit correctly and needed to be altered somewhat. I kind of expected this as most of the reviews that I read had indicated these type of problems BUT, I bought it anyway because I liked the price and it serves it's purpose. Actually, it does look pretty nice in my media room so over all I'm happy with it.

The product look fantastic after being placed together, there was a flaw at first intial setup but after it was very good.

This is a nice cabinet and holds a good amount of CD's/DVD's. [...] I don't like that you can see the screws on the top of the cabinet, and it had a few small scratches on the wood, but otherwise, I'd say it's a good buy for the price. It looks nice and is very functional!
