A small opening in the back allows for easy cord access. Stylish features include a profiled top, side moldings and an arched kick plate. Sturdy and perfect for a corner. All wires come out back and are not seen. I think directions could be more plain regarding items you might confuse for a similar item that is used late in the process.

Very good product for the money, holds a heavy TV which is what we wanted. Also, height was a factor, higher than most stands which makes it ideal for the bedroom which is where we relaced an existing stand.

Instructions had more pictures than words, which was very confusing in trying to figure out which shelf went where. The front trim piece doesn't fit properly and one of the back pieces was missing. I was able to replace it from a hardware store, which was inconvenient. In spite of all that, I love the way it looks, it takes up little space and holds what I want it to hold.

Very nice solid piece. Wiring components is child's play with it's 2 piece back board (wiring is routed between the 2 halves.) Very pleased overall.

One shelf (of 3) had a very long scratch on it - would have been a hassle to return it - fortunately it was covered up by the dvd player.
Shelves not labeled sufficiently - my husband had it put together with the shelves in the wrong places - then the decorative trim wouldn't fit - just make sure you do it right as you go along- Very sturdy and attractive overall -
