Basic function provided. Not for stylish or formal use.\nBottom shelf edging did not align properly - so the tan particle board shows through the black front - very disappointing.\nBack cardboard pieces are flimsy and tear easily. They also make wiring more difficult. I removed them to improve functional use.\nAssembly was straight forward. Too much use of hammer on trim pieces was necessary.

I needed a TV stand that was very sturdy since my TV is quite heavy. This one fits the bill. It's also a very attractive piece of furniture. I've had a few compliments on it. The only things that I don't like about it are that there was a missing piece & when trying to get ahold of Prepac it became a game of "Phone Tag" so I gave up. The missing piece was decorative & I decided that I prefer the stand w/o it anyway. Others might take issue. Also, when putting the TV on the stand, it chipped a little bit of paint off the front edge. In all fairness though, I'd say that was more my fault than theirs. The paint job is actually well done. Just something to be aware of. I would order this piece again w/o hesitation & recommend it to others.

It took some time to arrive but that was stated in the description on the internet. So it did arrive in the time frame specified. When I called about the missing piece, while it became a game of phone tag, the return calls were very prompt. The product arrived in excellent condition but as stated before, WAS missing a piece.

There was a piece of the front (crossbar) that was missing from the package. It's not completely neccecary to use the stand though. Everything else was fine.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery took much longer than expected. It was explained that this was because it came from Canada those shipments are always help up at customs. We bought the stand solely because it said fast delivery though. We were a little dissappointed with that.

This tv stand is great. It fits perfectly in the corner. It looks far more expensive than it is. While it is intended for a 32in television, my 37 in flat screen television fits perfectly on it. The stand really saves a lot of space and makes my room look updated and less cluttered.
