Adjusting is difficult, but can be managed and I have no plans to do it more than once...\n\nOn the left is a #2 Phillips head that locks tilt; with a sufficiently long screwdriver (8" in my case) it's no problem. On the right is a knob, that I could only access with 13/16" socket and 4" extension (be careful, it's just plastic!).\n\nThe mount came with large lag screws and went up quickly. With the top lock-screw in-place (with which I had no trouble) it's sturdy enough for my 21" touch-screen application.\n\nI'm generally pleased and would recommend it.

As a Designer Engineer, I could care less on looks.\nGive me a product that works well, built well, as inexpensive as possible.\nIf you jutt want a solid mounting bracket that attaches your expensive LCD/Plasma TV without left to right rotation, this will do the job, built well and economical.\nGood luck making adustments, once you assemble one half of the mount with the other, using one top screw (hard to find and assemble), you're done.\nThe side knob is useless, unless you have fingers the size of a baby, and long arms. (Just can't get there).\nSo you need to eyeball it, take it off, reassemble, and hope for the best. What were they thinking !\nGood stong product (5) bad design (2).
