This product was exactly as advertised. It's very sturdy and is perfect in the corner of my office/exercise room. It took me about 90 minutes to install by myself. The only help I needed was lifting the tv.

for bedroom viewing its great. tilt allows to adjust to height of bed. but have to physically move left or right to change viewing angle...but this depends on viewing angle of tv. i use with a Samsung 40 inch LCD HDTV...and its great.!!!
also one person can assemble in less than 30 min with tools. if you have your own cordless drill / screw driver it goes much faster and easier. i will be getting another soon for a second bedroom.

This stand is very sturdy and looks great in the corner. I've seen other comments that this stand is difficult to install but I think if you are reasonably handy the installation should go smoothly. A second pair of hands will make the job easier. I've seen other comments regarding wiring. True, one draw back is the wire channel in the stand will not accomodate wiring for multiple components. However, a few wire ties to bundle the extra wire together can be used to hide the extra wiring behind the stand. It's not a big issue. I can't see any of my wiring.

This stand was the perfect fit for a corner in our 10.5'X16' den. PROS:1. The finishes are very shiny and the materials are of high quality. 2.We had a tough minute or two when figuring out how to assemble it but once we got it, it was easy. One thing to note is that it is a very sturdy, heavy piece which is great once it's all set up but due to the heaviness, you will need 2 people to assemble it. It's worth every penny and the little trickiness of assembly though because it's a great stand. 3. We are using it with our 40" samsung LCD tv and it was very easy to get the right settings for that tv. The height is adustable too which is nice because ours had to just clear a short, half wall. 4. There are 3 viewing angles as well that you can choose from when assembling the stand. We used the middle, non-angled setting and it's perfect at the height we have it at.CONS1. Honestly the only thing I would complain about is that short moment during assembly when I couldn't figure it out. However, as I noted above, it just took a minute to look at the pieces and the directions and think and then I was fine. Also, as it was heavy, my husband and I had to assemble it together so I had to impatiently wait for him to get home to really get started!!

The delivery was about 3 or 4 days. The product arrived in fine condition but it was a very rainy day. When I got home, I saw that the delivery man/men had left it at the top of my driveway which is about 30' from my front door. As I stated, it is extremely heavy and normally I would've waited for my hubby to get home to move it. However, the rain made that an issue so I had to struggle to move it up the walk way and then up 2 steps by myself. I did it but the box was wet and breaking by the time I got it up the steps and actually into the house. I just wish they would've put it on the porch because the box wouldn't have been sitting out in the rain and I would've been able to wait until someone could help me bring it inside. Regardless, at least it came quickly and the box did protect the product so that's a bonus!

[...] I did, and the it was in perfect condition, as the manufacture packaged it very well. All parts were protected indivually.I read from others that had purchased the same stand and they complained about the assembly. I think the problem was installing the foot of the stand to the vertical column. It is easy enough. On the arms of a chair, or the table top, lay the vertical column face down. Then holding the bottom plate or foot, and with a screw already started, line of the hole and start screwing in the machine bolt. Do not send it home, but now start the other two machine screws, and send them home all together, slowly. When installing the shelves, place a little black plastic tape on the shelf where it will make contack with the vertical column, keeps the scratching of the surface of the column down. It looks great, we bought the black stand, but shows the dust. I put a 42" flat screen on all by myself. Louis

Nice finish on the materials. Heavy Duty - very professional fabrication. Could be used in a commercial application. Assembly of the shelving units was a challenge given the inaccessible nut location within the cable tower. Modern looking, yet classic. Provides a higher than average viewing height for TV which is a desirable feature.

great stand in terms of look and function. only small con is that the "cord management" area gets crowded quick if you have a lot of cords (more than 5 or so). very happy otherwise.
