Got a Peerless mount that fits 60" Plasmas. Unfortunately, many 60" screens require special adapter plates. This one fit fine and was easy to attach to the mount. I live near the manufacturer (in Chicago) and was able to place and order for "will call" and picked it up just a few hours later.

The adapter works great. It's exactly what I was looking for. However, installation instructions are non-existent. It didn't take me too long to figure it all out but it shouldn't have taken anytime at all. Instructions should be included and they should be clear and accurate. Some of the confusion came from all the different parts provided; most of which I didn't need for my particular installation. Seems confusing and a huge waste of product and resources. When a customer orders an adapter, only the parts needed to install that particular adapter should be sent. The amount of material and number of extra parts sent was wasteful and very "ungreen."

Had a Peerless SA760P with 200x200 & 100x100 mounting for a 42" Westinghouse with 100x100 vesa mounting holes, but when I upgraded to a 52" Samsung 860 I needed 400x400 vesa mounting holes. This plate worked and fit perfectly. Came with an assortment of bolts to attach to TV and existing plate on SA760P. Made my new TV installation a very simple job.
