This is a fantastic stand. I have a room that is very oddly shaped and needed a wall mount I could install in a particular section that could be extended and rotated in either direction. I researched this quite a bit and found this stand. It seemed like a good choice, but it was SO expensive. I searched around for the product on various sites and found it on Racks and Stands for nearly 1/2 the price of the other stores.[...] the product arrived with all needed pieces for assembly (comes with all types of screws for various TVs which is nice) and now that it's up - I LOVE IT. My only complaint is that it was slightly hard to install. The instructions could be a bit clearer. Also - you must have 2 people as the stand is quite heavy so you need 1 person to hold it up while the other screws it in. I HIGHLY recommend this wall mount for anyone looking for a high quality, professional wall mount.

Great product. Would have been nice if paperwork listed optimal viewing height, where to set top screws. Installed about 2 inches lower than optimal. Too many holes to adjust.Works very well.[...]

The mount I got for my 42" Fujitsu was rated for 150lbs AND that was on the end of an articulating arm. I wasn't sure how strong the mount would be especially since the arm extended out to 29" away from the wall. This Peerless mount exceeded my expectations. I design and fabricate precision parts and machines for an aerospace company and I can tell you that this mount is engineered very well and is rock solid. Easy installation and the universal mount can be used for other manufacturers of TV's.

Good product. Universal adapter works fine for plasma's without specific adapter plates.

The only reason i gave this mount a 4 is because it sits the tv 4 inches off the wall. Everything else is perfect, the only reason it does sit the TV off the wall is because of the swing arms, which will allow a 42" TV 180 degree rotation and tilt ajustments. Install was pretty simple if you follow the directions. This thing is awesome and clean looking

I looked for a mount for my plasma and was set on buying a less expensive brand and model. After some review and great input from your customer service, I decided to take a chance and listen to what was said. I delighted with the outcome and I am glad that I went with the Peerless PLA-50! It is extremely sturdy and the installation was clearly articulated. I had access to the back of the wall to ensure proper installation, but if there is any question, I would look for a professional installation. The only set back is the length of the black sleeve to hide the cables/cords, but it is minor and has no impact on aesthetics. It looks great and there is no doubt that the quality is worth the extra premium. Why short the thousands you have already invested for a $50 savings? Great purchase, great service, great buy!

My TV needed to be mounted in a corner where I had a window on one side. The TV (42") needed to be suspended out from the wall in order to fit in the corner and still provide a way to open/close the window. This mount worked perfectly. I had to mount the swing arm off center, but that wasn't really a problem. It took a little bit of adjusting to get everything leveled in all directions but there were plenty of controls. Very sturdy mount. Definitely recommend it.
