We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. The only downside to this product is that it only works with walls that have studs on 16" center. The plate used to adjust this arm for aluminum studs is far too large to use just to extend the arm to 24". (The plate is 48" wide).

this is a very nice articulating arm. it is very sturdy and moves smoothly, holding the tv stably at many different positions. plus it has the longest extension of any arm that suited my requirements. the only negative is that when the arm is at full extension, it takes a bit of wrestling with the TV to fold the arm back into the collapsed state. I've had it for 3 months and am very satisfied with the purchase.
