The open shelf table saves space by letting you place computers, TVs, dvd players, printers, etc on on of its shelfs instead of having to place all these items on a table or floor. It frees up table space. Moreover the shelf table can be moved if you want to move these items from one room to another. The only qualm I have is that [...] the load that you can place on a shelf is not unlimited.

The stand is easy to assemble with a mallet (hammer). It is mobile so you don't have to leave it in one spot. Instead of having to many items like DVD players, VHS players, Food processors, and Electronic equipment like computers and copiers spread out on tables taking up too much space, I use it to place all these items on the stand and save table space.
