I have a long narrow family room with my desk on one end, my treadmill on the other and a couch in the middle. This works wonderfully because I can simply move the TV to face whatever angle I need. It glides nicely as it turns and the glass is very classy looking and sturdy. It was exactly what I needed and I love it.

This swivel stand is the best. It fits our 52" LCD perfectly. It looks great and is sturdy. You definately need 3 people to install it properly 2 people to lift heavy TV and the 3rd. to adjust swivel below. Keep making great products like this. So much better than the ugly old fashioned wood type swivels that don't match the modern LCD's and Plasmas of today.

works great and is very nice looking.\nBe advised that the glass top and the ring on the bottom are not connected...the glass lays on top of the ring and is held in place mainly by the weight of the tv. i have experianced no problems with this set up thus far. would definitly get another one if i had a room that needed it!

The wall-mount stuff costs about $600 for heavier LCD/Plasmas. And, that also means the screen is sticking out prominently. This product allows more angle usage but doesn't allow the screen to take over the room.\n\nIt also doesn't defy laws of gravity. A well-made product that doesn't strain under the weight of the screen.

I bought this for my newly purchased 52" LCD TV and I couldn't be happier. It fits in beautifully with our metal/glass credenza. The unit works exactly as described and installation was fairly easy. One note: you will need three people to install - one to set the swivel glass in place and the other two to lift your TV (at least if it is as large as mine).
