Rack is great for such a low price. Shelves could be a little better but the frame is awesome. Fits together very nicely and has a cool look with gear on it.

Great audio rack-- I would probably choose it over any other rack in the sub $500 category. Looks classy and stylish.. the rack looks great in real life (many audio racks look good empty and in a picture, but look terrible when filled and in person). Shelves are swappable and frames are sand-fillable (although I felt that it was unnecessary for me because vibration control isn't that big of a problem for me).
The only thing I wish was different was that the shelves were heavier and thicker. But I guess you can't expect that for the price. For people who really care and believe in the stand making a big difference in the sound, fill the frames with lead shot or sand and then buy new shelves from other high end producers.

It's a good product, well built and very sturdy. My main beef is that it's actually 40" tall and was advertised as 35". As a result, I couln't use the topmost shelf. The shelf locations are swappable except for the bottommost shelf. That one MUST be the bottom one.
Overall, I'm happy.
