This is listed as holding DVDs but because of a fixed shelf in the middle of it, you can't fit enough to fill it to the maximum capacity. The other problem is that after we put it together, it was so wobbly that the shelves wouldn't stay on. We fixed the problems by screwing the whole unit together and then screwing two shelves on. It doesn't look great but now it's sturdy and works well. On the pros, it is a good quality fake wood and I think it has real wood veneer.

I purchased these to supplement our existing 12inch deep bookshelves (which are really overkill to store paperback books). These shelves are attractive and don't intrude into the room space like conventional (deeper) bookshelves.

I had a unit that was cheesy and too small. I've been looking for something with simple lines that doesn't look like a microwave cart. These shelves store my movies without having to stack them on top and it looks great. It's perfect.

We're very pleased with the DVD shelving we've received. The price was fair, the delivery time was reasonable, and the product serves exactly the purpose for which we purchased it. We were concerned that we may have to mount the shelves to the wall to keep them from tipping, but the lip on the front keeps the balance perfect without having to screw them to the wall.
The smartest thing this website did was to double-package the product for shipping.
When the shelving arrived, the outer packing was pretty messed up, but fortunately the inner package kept the shelves from being damaged.
Overall, we're very pleased.
