The turning mechanism, often the Achilles heel of such products, is excellent. I have two of these racks, and will buy a third if I ever have the space for it.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was prompt and, while one of the two boxes came apart in transit, nothing was lost. However, the two boxes did not match--one was black and the other was oak. By the time I realized this I had already put too much effort into assembly to want to institute a request for the proper parts; but it's a nagging nuisance to me whenever I see the rack.
