I bought this product because of the similarity in style to my existing furniture. I had originally seen it on the website of a large national retailer who was charging more for the unit as well as a substantial amount to ship. A couple of the pieces were damaged when we opened the box, most notably a 6 inch piece of wood which had splintered off. We decided just to glue this piece back on, as this was much easier than boxing up the unit and sending it back. We don't even notice it now. Overall, for the money, I couldn't be happier. The shelves in the middle are perfect for holding our satellite receiver, game system and computer router/modem. The cabinets are also perfect for holding DVDs and accessories for the game system.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery for this product was exceptionally fast AND FREE. You can't beat having a product like this delivered straight to your doorstep. Although there was some damage, we decided not to follow-up, but from what was mentioned on the website I'm sure they would have accomodated us.

Believe all the negative comments others have written! The color is misrepresented. Pieces were broken and/or scratched or missing. The cam locks break easily. We donated to charity as it would've cost $400 to $700+ to return. This is a piece of junk.

A great entertainment center for my new flat screen. I like the look of the cabinet as well as the color. The only problem I had with the cabinet was the directions that were in the box did not pertain to the cabinet I bought. So I had to figure out the pieces and put it together. But overall it all came together and works well.

Not all holes lined up in putting it together. Bottom broke when the feet were attached, but one phone call was all it took for another bottom piece to be sent out.

[...]The magnetic catch on one door was snapped off, but I fixed it easily. The wood is heavy and fits together well. My husband had no problem putting it together in about 1 1/2 hrs. My DVD, AV receiver, cable box and Wii fit on the open shelves. We added one 3" hole behind each open shelf.

We purchased this entertainment stand because we couldn't find one locally within our budget. This is one of the most attractive ones I've seen at any price. Required about 90 minutes to assemble but my wife and I enjoyed doing the project together.Both side pieces arrived damaged in the lower trim area. Deep gouges with wood missing now. There is no indication they were damaged in transit. This bothered me while assembling but I have never noticed it since. I may try to find a product to try and match the finish color to help conceal the damage.But generally, we are pleased with the fit and finish. Quite heavy when assembled.

Product arrived with the packaging intact so I was very surprised with four damaged pieces. The top trim had been knocked loose so hard the nails bent, side panals had nicks on top of the trim in the exact same spot and the magnet on one door had also been knocked loose. Product was well packaged so damage didn't seem to be from the shipping.I think I've fixed the loose pieces with wood glue.The top was difficult to get on with one person. Nice piece once assembled.
