On 9/20 I ordered a VTI BL503GB rack. I had asked your sales rep to call VTI and expidite the shipment to two day service, shipped that day. (Per VTI's web site, orders placed before 2PM PST will be shipped the same day if item is in stock). Your sales rep did this without argument and made it happen. Furthermore, she told me to check back on Thursday as she would ensure that the rack was shipped and it was. Well, I got the rack on Friday so the fellow that bought my old rack could pick it up and I set up my new one. Thank you for the great customer service! The VTI rack looks great for the money too!

I just wanted to write a note to tell you how I love your internet store. Your website is SO organized, great pics, great products, great variety!! Thanks for having enlargements for those of us without 20-20 vision. I just don't have to go to Best Buy or Circuit City and choose from maybe a total of 12 different items. I have the whole world right in front of me at racks and stands, can shop at my leisure, compare items in my pjs, check measurements, and not have to wait for a salesperson who really doesn't know too much.
