It took my husband about a half hour to put together. All the parts were there and all the pre drilled holes lined up perfectly. It was packaged really well to prevent damage during shipping.We purchased it because we needed a space saver and it attractively fits right into that small space. It's a great value. You do have to spend a little time gathering the wires together in the back so they don't show in the front but it wasn't a big deal.

It looks nice and it fits a small room and a corner perfect. However, the quality of this product is very cheap. The boards are cheap and not all the holes were drilled out, the particle board started coming out near the holes. I just hope it lasts. It was a big pain in the butt to put together, the directions were not easy to follow.
