I have two of these stands and they are on each side of the matching stand for the 55" plazma TV. It is a very pleasant look. I store old photo albums and all of the CD's and DVD's we have.

I was highly disappointed in this unit...I opened the box, and immediately thought that the black wood was scratched! It wasn't until I inspected it further that I realized that this is the way it was made, ALL of the black wooden pieces are scratched to give it an "antique" look.... instead of being solid black. It makes it look VERY cheap. When you're spending over [$] for a storage unit for your living room you'd expect it to look nice. The product description didn't match what it looks like.

I put my WII, receiver, DVD player and if you put the back on the unit it gets too hot.

This cabinet is great. The instructions were very easy to follow, and each piece of hardware was in its own bag. It's pretty sturdy, but is to be expected when it's heavy. The only problem I had with this is that the predrilled holes for the door hinges weren't in the proper spot. I had to drill new holes to get the door to line up properly. overall it's a good product.

assembly went well until we got to the door. the screws would not go in all the way and lining up the door was quite difficult. the product was rather unstable even though we tightened everything and used the enclosed glue. the finish scratches very easily. and finally the "adjustable" shelves only adjust by a couple of inches

The design looks great and stylish, but the glass door attached to cabinet tilts. After assembling, the whole cabinet is heavy to move, and I feel it is a bit not stable. Other than that, everything is good to me.
