I used this flat panel stand with the Canyon 52" TV Console and the two worked great together. I cut out the bottom back board to clear the stand's legs. The overall appearance is that the flat panel is suspended in mid air at first glance. The stand is not designed to stand alone so the console gives the stand the rigidity that it needs at the same time we gained a lot of storage by using the console. Most flat panel stands have shelves for the equipment but none that I found had the shelves covered. My wife didn't want to have to dust all the shelves and equipment every week so by using the console now she only has to dust the outside of the console which is a lot easier. The reason we didn't want the flat panel to just sit on the console is that it is easy to run into the console or TV in the dark of night in the bedroom and therefore damage the TV if it were knocked off the console. Also by not mounting the flat panel to the wall above the console we can easily move all three pieces any where in the room or to a new house easily

The mounting brackets did not work with my Sony 40" XBR. Also the bolts pulled out easily from the wooden cabinet. No adjustability for viewing angles. The concept is sound and the frame is solid. We bought it to keep my 5 year old from touching the screen. Wall mounting was not an option.

The description says this PP-59 Flat Panel Mounting System is available for TVs up to 63" and up to 250 lbs. However the PP-59 in combination with the Bello PR-25 would not handle my 58" Panasonic Plasma. The TV mounted too low even with it adjusted as high as possible. Four inches of the bottom of the TV extended below the top of the PR-25.

Even if I had been able to mount it higher, it still would not have worked because the back my TV extends out 3.5" beyond the mounting bolts and the longest mounting spacer provided was only 1".

If you are getting the PR-25 and a TV as large as a 58" skip this PP-59. You don't need it and it probably won't work for your TV anyway. The top of the PR-25 can support up to 200 lbs (according to the installation manual). As long as you don't care that the edges of the screen extend beyond the edges of the unit, you can mount a much larger TV than the listed 44" limit of the PR-25 (like I did with my 58" Panasonic).
