We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Comments about BDI Deploy Max 49" TV Stand:
Product went together well and quick.\nThe casters (wheels) are too small for carpeted floors. The stand does not roll well with a load on it.\nI feel that the casters a better suited for hard wood floors. The levelers next to the casters is a nice touch but usless for carpet floors.
Service and delivery comments:
Shipping was quick. Orded on Sat. & received on Tuesday. Fed Ex delivered. I was not home @ time of delivery, so I was not able to inspect the box for damage. It was a little banged up,\nbut I found the contents to be OK.
