If you've ever purchase RTA furniture before you're in for a pleasant surprise - the higher price of the BDI pieces are reflected in the quality of instructions and materials. The instructions are clear and the screws, etc are clearly labled making assembly easier.I did have one issue - I needed a longer screw than supplied for one of the back piece attachments points. [...]Once together I find the unit to be very solid, I have no concerns with the 40" lcd tv and other equipment and I like the look of the unit in my space.[...]

I had seen the BDI product offerings in several different stores in the area, so the quality and appearance did not surprise me. I was happy with the clear directions and the fact that all the parts were in the container which often times are a problem.\n\nI would like to say that I was truly amazed by the speed with which I received the table from your website. I placed the order on the 19th and it was delivered on the 22nd. I was stunned! I ordered seven other products related to this home entertainment system. Some of them arrived in a week, most arrived in two weeks, and one never arrived and was cancelled. Of ALL these items, not one supplier indicated an item was not in stock, however I found this to be the case with three of them. This seems to be a recurring theme when ordering on the net.\nBottom line, I would not hesitate to order from your website again. Their prices are excellent, their service beyond any resonable expectation and their communications great

Just an outstanding purchase. I was able to put it together in under an hour. It was extremely well made and the glass shelves gave a luxurious touch to the image. The design allowed me to route and hide all the various cables for my cable box and DVD player. My 42" plasma TV fit perfectly and stably on the top shelf. Just a striking piece for my living room. It rewarded me for not wall mounting my big screen with this stunning display piece.
