Service and delivery comments:
We purchased two desks in early November. One arrived with the box open and broken and missing parts. You did not assist in rectifying this, and just passed us on to the factory for them to deal with it. It took them a long time to send us parts, and we are still waiting for the hardware kit. It has taken considerable time to track and deal with all of this. You should have just sent us another desk, and offered to pay for return shipping of the old desk.

The wood was very heavy, so I can't say that it was super easy to assemble, but the directions were very straight-forward and clear. I didn't want the shelves towering over me when I am studying, so I am using the bookshelf separately, which has worked out very well. Overall, I am very happy with this new desk.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was super fast, and they carried the heavy product all the way up to my fourth floor apt for me, which I was very happy about. I was missing a piece in the original package, but customer's service was very helpful and they sent me the missing piece within a few days.

use for small hm bsns offc. with the hard drive on the right of the desk-there's hardly any room for papers/writing, etc. not very much width on top for a copier/scanner/fax... More useful for a student or home use by teenagers or low usage. Ok product for the $.

The desk is compact, and low to the ground - perfect for my small room. The quality is fair, but for the price it's a bargain.

Its a very very small desk,, i ended up giving it to my little brother.. even if you tried to use it yourself.. you wouldnt fit.. everytime you move the desk moves and u knock stuff down! Very limited on space.. and very low to the ground

Looks like the picture but but not high (a alittle low to the ground) enough. More of kids desk but it works for me. and doesn't take up space and the shelf space rocks.
